• Product nature: all items are modern reproductions / decorative pieces, never genuine antiques. We do not misrepresent age, material or provenance.
• Material accuracy: stated materials are as verified from the workshop; brass / zinc alloy are not described as bronze.
• Quotes & orders: prices, MOQ and landed cost are confirmed per order; an order becomes binding on written confirmation and payment terms.
• Shipping & duty: import duty/taxes are the buyer's responsibility (see shipping).
• Returns: per returns policy.
• No fabricated content: we do not post fake reviews, sales figures or supplier credentials.
