Damaged or wrong item: report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we arrange replacement or refund. Freight on valid damage claims is covered.
Not as described (material/spec): if a verified spec is wrong, full refund.
Change of mind: accepted where return shipping is feasible for the weight; buyer covers return freight. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable except for defects.
Item condition: return unused, in original packing.

Because bronze is heavy, we prioritise accurate specs and honest photos up front to avoid returns. Start with a pre-purchase question if unsure.
